We've launched a new website this afternoon, one that has some more information about the organization.

As for all the speculation that has been happening about the money we receive, about who we are, what our motives are... we are just a bunch of clergy who want to network with other Jesus-centred clergy within the denomination.
We have a few FB groups, one which is closed for clergy only, and another which is more open for anyone to engage in discussion. (except for the aforementioned banned Mr. Booth)
As has been mentioned, we are widely diverse. We have clergy who lead Affirm congregations, we have one who self-identifies as "Queer as the come". Yes, we do have former CoC who hang out with us, who has an amazing friendship with our "queer" member. What it all boils down to is we love Jesus having as the centre of our church, and welcome anyone else who does too.
Other people may disagree with us, and that's fine. You do what you do, we'll do what we do, and we'll very happily engage in respectful conversation with anyone who wishes to talk to us.
As for the CoC money, we deliberated long and hard over that as a board. In the end we decided that since we were looking at one, or at most two, conferences remaining in our current format, we needed something to bridge the gap to help keep our conferences affordable. The money came at a good time for us, and we don't hide the fact we received it, nor do we flaunt it. They had money to get rid of, we had a need, it seemed like a good time to take it.
I'm happy to continue chatting, now that we have power back here in Cape Breton.
Blessings to you all.
