We're going to try a different process for a week, please?

I have agreed to lead a BPoTW this weekend, focussing on the lectionary NT passage, which is John 14:1-14. Very familiar, "I am the Way, truth, life".

I'd like to try a different approach. Based on the lectio divina process that my group does each week. We pick a passage, read it three times, considering three different focussing questions. We try to read three different translations. I may not overcomplicate stuff with that (partly given that two of our preferred translations are not available via biblegateway anyway).

Everyone game for something different?

The whole idea of running this as a weekly forum instead of occasional threads in R&F was an experiment to start with, so trying something new just goes with the territory, I think. Run with it, I say.
