Almost as interesting as why He's called Jesus the Christ and not Immanual the Christ throughout His life.

yes - interesting to read that 'the Nazarene' was a scornful title ... not just a descriptor of the place he grew up. I suppose speaking of him in such a general scornful way was even more disrespectful than calling him by his name.

I haven't watched the second episode yet ... might get to it tonight if my M&P mtg finishes quickly enough.

Did you note that the "g" is silent and unseen/dark/gammos in many linguistic traditions and thus the excessive yin because of what's out of sight?
