Regulating Gas Prices?
So, the Ontario NDP have put out a private member's bill calling for regulation of gas prices by the Ontario Energy Board. The Board does already have right of approval over other energy prices like natural gas and hydro so an argument could be made for this fitting within their jurisdiction...
