There is no such thing as stupid. Low IQ isn’t really what’s ruined the world. Intellectually disabled people aren’t a problem. Unscupulousness has, in fact, ruined the world, irrespective of root culture or intellect. (Western) selfish individualism is a product of commercialization and commodification of everything - which is unscrupulous. That might be unwise but there’s no such thing as stupid. Unless we apply that to all - intelligent people who do foolish things, or to people who lack capabilities but don’t have bad intentions, and those who do have bad intentions. It’s either all stupid or none of it is - and unscrupulousness is the problem.
Luce makes his threads to “poke at people” and see what he can get out of it. He’s said so. I’m not being disruptive on any threads besides with two others who like to antagonize also. But I’m arguing for a stop to it. You’ve done this before and I turned out to be correct (thinking again of the Scott Adams years when I was seeing what was happening online, PO’d at everybody when I spotted what someone was doing - attempted indoctrination to the alt-right - and nobody believed me and called me disruptive etc). I’m not doing anything except calling them out on their threads that they bait people into negativity with. Theirs is not exactly content that’s easy for the whole site to engage with, is it? Luce’s is purposely unclear and he knows how to push buttons - he has a method. WhyCzar sometimes seems sincere but then posts antagonistic right wing memes etc and baits people into petulant whatabout games. Don’t blame me. I’m just asking them to think about it and change their antagonizing behaviour.
