LAST, and also glad that I went to church this a.m. A very good friend of mine, well into her 80s, has been away sick for weeks. Today was her first day back, yippee! (On a "not so glad I went" note, we had a "Conversations that Matter" after church, about remits. Largely very dull exercise and by the time it was over, I was almost faint with hunger...)

I think I'm losing weight. That means I'll soon be beautiful again.

Decided to try keeping Sabbath again as a spiritual practice. Starting today. So I went for a walk after church and chatted with a neighbour before coming home for lunch.

Ignoring the laundry which will be waiting for me tomorrow.

My "rules" for the Sabbath do not involve ignoring the LAST post thread.
