Yes Don Lemon certainly made a dumb comment. I saw Lisa LaFlamme being interviewed by Katie Couric recently. Katie asked Lisa about that statement. Lisa essentially said he made the statement because he could. We can see who has power in these kinds of statements.
It seems F'cker's problems may have been similar. He may have been fired ahead of the law suit brought by his former producer. It may also have been a condition of the settlement. Or both
