Or you can use glaucoma eye drops. They darken your eyes, mine are currently a dark blue from my previous hazel/grey.

So I will be having special laser surgery next year to relieve eye pressures that should end the need for the drops for a few years. Wonder if my eye colour will change back?

I looked it up and found that the color change is most frequent in hazel eyes.

That should be interesting to see, actually. Good luck with the surgery.

So fascinating to see all the stuff we are doing with lasers now. I remember reading an article about them in National Geographic back when they were still mostly a scientific research tool (the seventies) and even then, there was talk about medical applications. Now I am the beneficiary of those applications and you soon will be. One of the things I do like about living in "the future".

There's a lot of new glaucoma protocol since I went through this with my Dad.

I'm sort of encouraged. My Dad was blind at 75 and I don't want that. New protocol, explained by new doc, is: laser intervention first, to clear the channels for eye pressure to equalize, then eye drops. I'm on the eye drops maintenance until I see the laser surgery doc in Feb.

I have a brown-eyed friend that is an entertainer ... he has the most piercing blue contacts ... and he often sings blues and rock-a-billy so as to disturb the Willis ...

At his kitchen parties I am often asked to sing Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain ... often tiers of satyr are attached ... layered densely ... thus the superficial can't get the vision ... maybe the cider!

I had hazel eyes until I was close to 37. B and I saw a person who practiced alternative medicine using iridology and other tools He prepared a special mix for a cleansing tea that I used for a month. At the end of the month I had blue eyes that vary between greenish and grayish.
