What do you think about these kinds of things that are posted on FaceBook. Must tell you that about 10 have said"yes"

They are FarmTown players . hahahaha

I was led to believe that Jesus rode a donkey, not a charger. Apparently the cloud hasn't read the same scripture I did.

Do you believe Jesus will return again??? Type yes or no.

I believe that Jesus will come again. I also know the difference between a real cloud and a photo-shopped one.

Would I answer on Facebook? Not likely it is an eyeroll and scroll past.

Not because I am ashamed of my faith or my belief, I am very open on my profile about who I am and what I do. Recently got into a spat with my mom over some stupid taking prayer out of school stuff. Which was interesting because I, her son the minister, was telling her that it is the parent's job to provide religious instruction not a public school's.

Other things I don't respond to on facebook include:

1) I'm clearing out my friends list . . . .Anyone posting that should simply go straight to their list and delete me I don't do ultimatums, especially self-serving ones.

2) Most people won't read this . . . .Having read that far I understand why most already stopped.

Well, I see that Jesus upgraded his mount, from a grey donkey to a grey charger. About time!:)

As to "yes" or "no,' I'd say yes and no. It all depends on how the "Second Coming" is defined.

For me the question needs to be reworded to say: "Do you believe Jesus will reappear again??? Type 'yes'. 'no', or 'yes, He's already has' ".

I think the Second Coming is the awakening of the awareness of our unity with God, and by extension with everyone and everything. This awareness is also known as "Christ", "Christhood", "Christ Consciousness" or "the kingdom of God, or heaven." The Buddhist equivalent would be the attainment of Buddhahood or Nirvana. In secular terms, it would be the attainment of unitive consciousness or awareness.

There were, are and will be certain highly evolved individuals who have attained this awareness to an extraordinarily high degree, and able to facilitate it in other people. Jesus the Christ and Gautama the Buddha are only two of the most famous examples. But it is not they who achieve the transformation, but the mind of the transformed. Every individual mind has to transform itself, with the help of its own, innate creative or transcendental powers. The aforementioned masters can only facilitate transformation. They cannot bring it about in other people.
