Taxes. Plus he’s being investigated in Georgia for election interference. There are other ongoing investigations, including involvement with the Jan. 6 riots, too. Oh, yes, he is also good at being an idiot, but that isn’t actually a crime…

And "taxes" for him is not simple. He's alleged top have inflated property values when he wanted certain things and claimed property values were lower in order to pay less in taxes.

Actually, I finally read the article. It's not about the tax investigation or the election fraud in Georgia. It's about the hush money payment to Stormy Daniels. Man, if all these investigations result in charges, he's going to be a busy man and not because of his election campaign.

That's true. The hush money is also related to tax issues and possible election fraud.

Why would that be illegal? Having an affair and paying her to be quiet sounds more like a business agreement to me.

Because it appears to be labelled as 'legal fees.' Paid to one person (A lawyer, M. Cohen,) for the purpose of paying for something other than legal services. I believe that such an arrangement might come under money laundering? That would be illegal.

Face it folks this is far to complex for physical gods that demand that we avoid complexity and sophistication for standard reasons laid in protocol, of bureaucratic nature ... burros initiation ... STOP here!

If you are not a mover you cannot shake it ... it is out there and appears as wrinkles ... in the dark unseen!

Thus the abstract becomes difficult and obscure ... perhaps even occult in the end of Dais ... stacks of more unknown words ...

I fail to see the strategy of Trumps first indictment being about the affair of Stormy Daniels, why not go for the jugular first....attacks against the United States?
And now he continues to call for protests, which, could become extreme, if hes arrested.
And then theres Mike Pence, the guy Trump wanted the crowds to hang. Pence is now slamming any indictments against Trump.
It's almost like, Pence has been recruited to play a sick game.

There is reason to believe that once one indictment comes down others will follow. No one wants to be the first to indict a former president.

Also, going for low-hanging fruit like a case where another involved party has already done time and is now willing to act as a witness is probably an easier one to prosecute.
The whole USA and the world has witnessed Trumps illegal handling of government and against the constitution. We now have cell phones and news teams.
Did Stormy Daniel's have a witness during sex?
I've heard it said each indictment will take months, maybe years. Who would want to leave this guy to become president again, other than half the nation, this is really who the law is afraid of.

I'm hearing Trump could even be president from prison. Is this a fact or sensationalism?
Sensationalism, I think. If he is convicted, the GOP would have to truly be brainless zombies to run him even if he can legally run. However, most places keep convicted felons from running for office unless pardoned.
