How can a man that claims to know more than anybody else also make the statement that he believes only one book that ... it may be questionable (even obvious) what he knows about that. Then he claims to know the human psyche inside and out ... I do say that sounds like Judy'n BS ... a power with tremendous punch to knock the gospel virtues right over ... Uncle Sam? Then there is the Munroe Condition ... anonymity? More of matter we know little about ... the exclamations of political extremes ...

You did know that in ancient linguistics that Jude stood for power ... and this is folly as it comes about ... like a windsail broaching ... a divers kind of broach ...

John 21:25 leads to that comment in Acts said to be explained by all ... "what does this mean?"

The enigma remains! Perhaps because some donkey declared you didn't wish to know and you followed that ... Ba'alm's what? It's a given ...

It's nice to hear such balanced journalism
This October 1st Chaos is everywhere and Trump is not the POTUS.

There's just been a mass shooting in Tel Aviv, Israel in what appears to be a horrific terror attack.
Iran has just launched a ballistic missile attack against Israel.
Half the ports in the USA are closed in a Longshoremen strike costing America billions every day.
North Carolina is still under water with a death toll over 130 and hundreds more still missing.

And that is just the tip of the iceberg in today's news.

Julian Assange had this to say about balanced journalism.

"I want to be totally clear. I am not free today because the system worked. I am free today because after years of incarceration I pleaded guilty to journalism. I pleaded guilty to seeking information from a source. And I pled guilty to informing the public what that information was. I did not plead guilty to anything else." The system failed because we are addicted to folly ... it comes down to that! Beyond that no one listens because of closed circles ... dead ringers!

Joyce said dead a lus'T ....

That was Walz's best moment imho, but, again imho, Vance won the debate. He was just more polished, better rehearsed, and provided better answers. Walz, on the other hand, especially during the first part of the debate, appeared nervous. His worst answer was the question of whether or not he had been in Hong Kong at a given time to which he at first replied something like 'I was out in my neighborhood riding my bicycle.'

One thing I appreciated from both the debaters was the looking for common ground that went on. They were certainly more congenial than Harris and Trump were

Yes, Vance was more polished. He also lied a lot. I suspect he and his handlers know that he is very unpopular and needed to present him as kinder and more human. They did do that.

I had the sense he was essentially running for POTUS. He knows his running mate is elderly so it would be reasonable for such a VP candidate to do that.

I agree. They at least acted like they respected each other and were listening to each other. I liked the agreement as well as the way they sometimes build on each other's answers. I liked that they shook hands at the end and introduced their wives to each other. Refreshingly normal stuff.

I thought the moderators were excellent. They worked to keep the debate on schedule and did some restating of questions asked. Both candidates did a bit of tap dancing.

I was most alarmed that Vance did not answer the question about whether trump lost the 2020 election. That should have been a dead easy answer. I agree, it was Walz's best moment. That will likely live on in ads and such.

It will be interesting to see if or how this impacts the election. It was an old fashioned (yay) debate that addressed policy and ideas. Vance did the expected by challenging Harris' record. Walz did the expected by pointing out some of Vance's record. No one outright attacked the other. How refreshing.

The moderators had some good questions that challenged both candidates and seemed fair overall. I think it was quite brilliant to have two strong female moderators.

The moderators were excellent. Far, far better imho than the ones from ABC. It's quite possible that Vance has being POTUS someday on his mind. I don't get that same vibe from Walz

It was a MASTERCLASS from Vance

Walz looked like a deer in the headlights, while Vance was cool, calm, and collected.

Vance is operating on a mental plane far above Walz.

Then when you add Walz’s gaffes about befriending “school shooters”, learning to govern in China, the horrible optics from some of the weird faces he was making, the contradictions, the lies, and the head-scratching answers; it’s hard to describe this as anything but a colossal catastrophe for the Harris campaign.

Vance came off as understanding and genuine. He was sharp, direct, concise, and stayed even keel, displaying his great leadership qualities, and addressing the core problems Americans are actually concerned about.

No matter what questions posed and what answers provided ... is a bias still expected because of stones in the stream?

Sometimes it simulates a rock ripping through space ... loaded with fools! Imagine a concrete sailing vessel ... potential home for loaves and fishes ... hoe led it there to sink? The hand of nature ... what a character ... MOG Y's!

There are clues in the semi Ide myth ... some say Se*medic ... the great physician! It adds up ...

Walz didn't always look like a deer in the headlights. At times he was too busy shuffling papers on his podium to do that.

Vance didn't always come across as understanding and genuine. At times he seemed like an automation.

Walz was wearing an earpiece similar to Harris' earrings.

Ultimately, the result of the debate was what most pundits predicted. Vance won, and Walz came across as America's million dollar dad

Perhaps not all that humble opinion! Ah pride cometh forth ... I don't know about that as being bottom type ... put there by folk in top hats!

Thus I question such propositions ... judges by times are so judgmental when they only read one Book of Law when that book indicates many others ...

Interesting to note that, when asked a direct question like, 'Did Trump win or lose the 2020 election?' Senator Vance, without missing a beat, dodged the question. His response, indeed, was a damning non-answer.

Speaking of non-answers, we still await any examples of Trump giving straightforward answers to important questions.

It's been a week, and so far you haven't come up with any.

Sure, that happened. But there was a bit of dodging going on by both candidates. Walz didn't give an immediate straight-up answer when questioned about what he'd said about his time in Hong Kong

A debate minus the sensationalism, how refreshing.
It remains to be seen if Vance will stay on track going forward and the same for Walz.
I think Vance comes across better using this approach and did well. Donald should thank him profusely and learn from this, hah!
Walz did well but needs to work on his delivery IMO.
And yes the moderators did very well!

Face it Jae you are a stonewall in the face of a flowing Ares ... cannot see the message? It is ancient you know where as self-centered hubris ... that's something else ... give or take a bit!

Agree, reporters should really push for an answer on that question.

And I for mice elf would like some Kohl'r discussion ... not so excitable as in heated piousness about being winners ...

Can we see the world cool ... now there is a contention for the industrialist! Sometimes when the shadows are deep ... its a riddle!

Never try and declare anything as an outright virtue ... everything is reality is covered up ... thus closed circles! Beyond that? That's something else*Ai!

Ra*call: the comfort comes after the pain ... after you've ripped your viscera? Hoo Sarah?

Okay, Luce, you see me as a stonewall. But let's flip that point of view. Being steadfast and grounded is a strength, especially when things get nutty. It's about being a reliable anchor for those around me.

Ancient wisdom holds valuable lessons, Luce, even if it feels distant. Hubris, on the other hand, leads us astray. Staying humble and open to learning is key, even when we're confident in our path

Live with that fixation Jae! It is your choice and fresh knowledge we are told is evil! Let us revert to the state of the club ... cave bear methodology ... and there we lose the gentile touch ... if sick kill eM! They shoot horses don't they when they can't help carry the system ... thus stupid wins in the end and everything comes down from up there ... rubble? Imagine the dust erupting ...

Then there is the matter of state of abortion ... in due time what has to go to clean up the mess from free desire without onus? Last night free will led vandals to destroy a place of trade ... corruption being said to be insipient ... and still folk do just as they will ... without care ... is care like an onus? This is something we have to get thro' ... paddle your own boat! It's a riddle isn't ... that western wall ... can't stand dah Lamb'd eh! They're fuzzy too ... as the Shadow knows! Duck ...

Have you actually heard her talk about the abortion issue rather than what someone had said she says?
Yes, especially at the Harris/Trump debate.

It's important, I think, to consider not only what words a person speaks but also how a person acts. One candidate for president, and it isn't Trump, has been seen hobnobbing with pro-abortionists on the loony left. One candidate for president, and it isn't Trump, has been seeing riding around in a big blue bus that says something like, 'Abortions Now!'
Imagine the grief and tragedy involved in learning that baby you wanted isn't alive anymore or won't live long past birth.
The disconnect for me there, Northwind, is that I don't agree that knowing the baby won't live long past birth means that it's okay to kill the unborn baby now.

And please understand that it's the minority of cases that are like that anyway. Fewer than 1% of all abortions are those that are performed later in pregnancy (source: www.acog.org)
