It is our anniversary today - 57 years. One daughter had her anniversary a week ago. A daughter and son had theirs two weeks ago. Greetings were sent. .

We are going out for supper at a place about half an hour away. Chosen because they have great cooks!

Congrats, kay and mr c. Question, if you don't mind: to what do you attribute the longevity of your relationship?

I know that in the case of my wife and I, married 28 years this fall, we both hate the thought of dating again more than we hate each other.

We both started our lives together as old fashioned people I suppose. Marriage is a forever thing and takes some dedication. . Neither of us met anyone else that seemed to be a better match!

We're saying the same thing: Finding someone else would be difficult and settling seems like the right thing to do.

I had chicken mushroom swiss.. Yummy. Mr C had a seafood dish that he enjoyed.
