I have little interest as I'm considered nothing and going anyfurther would leave me in the pits of giving ... resembling negative thoughts of what we were!
Now it seems society is all used up and nothing left but the righteous empirics ... just watch the elect! Thus self de nomination ...
You might have a lot of interest in having a surprising interaction with another person. Secret Santa is one of my favorite things. It has, every time, challenged me to think of a little mailable "thing", from a small parcel to an envelope, that might bring opening joy to someone I don't know, but, theoretically "know". A few servings of a home-made tea blend, some small fine textile work, a poem, a fancy card, a homemade card.
A confession: one year, very early on in this process, I received Jae's name, and was very patiently, and prayerfully, honestly, trying to figure out to be secret santa to him. And knowing me, it was going to be late or late-ish anyway. So he backs out at the last minute, and the next day, I found him the perfect little gift combo for the occasion, which, I will add, I did not send: a piece of dark chocolate shaped like a lump of coal, and a miniature rainbow slinky.
There is a certain joy in a physical envelope that is unique in the day of electronic communication.
