So let me get this straight. People sold/rented their homes, gave up possessions, and spent big money to buy cabins on a three year cruise around the world from a company that DIDN'T EVEN OWN A SHIP YET????

Disagree No Way GIF by Yellowstone

Sorry, I am as empathic as they come but, seriously, I have limits. If I was going to do something like live on a ship for three years, before I gave up everything, I would make sure that there actually was a ship to live on. Like, not a promise to buy one or one in dry dock, but a ship ready to sail. And I would not book until I knew there was one. Am I weird? Am I too pragmatic? I don't think so.

Yes, this company has a metric f-ton to answer for and probably owes these people a lot more than just a refund. I expect to see lawsuits, maybe a big class action, come out of this. But, dang, I hope at least some of them are realizing the folly of buying a berth on a non-existent cruise ship and that some other might hear the story and learn from it.

Oh, and the company's website is still active and promoting the cruise. No mention of the cancellation. And nowhere does it mention that THEY DON'T ACTUALLY OWN THE SHIP YET!! They talk as if they have one. So there's a scammy feeling to this as well. But still, I am sure that some searching could have turned up the truth even before the crap hit the fan.

There are folks that say that nothing is questionable! It too may be out of here ...

Do not torment fools ... if you rush there you may find something previously feared as knowledge was dispensed by the powers and required someplace to go!

The might be something to nuts that promotes bolting and running off ... with a fabrication none-the-less ... observe the detailing ...
