Time for a New Orleans funeral

One of my favorite American cities is New Orleans. A big part of that is the music. Rag, jazz, blues, even rock and roll are all part of one of the greatest musical traditions on this continent.

And one of the biggest names in that world left us the other day. Malcolm John Rebannack, better known as New Orleans blues legend Dr. John, passed away from a heart attack at 77.
