I found this box which looks like a book and is a bit larger than a shoe box at Winners. My sister and brother in law are retiring this year, so I want to fill it with items to entice them to come to Canada ( they have been here once).
I am looking for suggestions what I can put in it that would be typical or interesting in the different provinces ( could be copies off the internet, too)
Any suggestions?

What a great idea. Maybe some photos of the area. I have a friend in Australia who is fascinated by moose. I'd put a moose of some kind in a box for her.

I'll have to think more about this. I'm looking forward to what others come up with.

You should put in some delicacies from Indian cuisine to represent British Columbia.

Before we get into a "my wine is better than your wine" dick measuring contest, how about just saying we do samples of wines from each of Canada's wine-growing regions? Though that probably wouldn't fit in the box and could easily be a thing unto itself. There's the Okanagan, Niagara, Point Pelee (yes, there's a wine industry there), and probably some others I forget.

They make good hooch on the northshore of New Brunswick.

Well, if we're including "intoxicants", how about a little vial of CBD oil? Nice in the bath, under the tongue for immediate relief of tension, baked in a cookie. The feel good natural chemical. Now legal in Canada.

So, we do seem to be food & drink focused. hmmm,

What do they like to do? Would you rent a van with them, or car trip with hotels?
Are they practical, would it be helpful to give them some sample accommodation?

How old are they? Are they agile?
