Physical Isolation: Things to do?

Cats do some mighty strange things sometimes.

Thus you might say it is all in the kitty a sort of slick bank of mystery in some regards encompassing the 9 muses and 3 furies. These numbers vary across traditions and time ... thus mystical conspiracies also ... yet we don't understand really. What folks claim should be questioned ... due to overwhelming Leis sa' ... they are a blossoming item! Like Chloe in one tradition and Moe in another one from further east ... that stands for the big I'd gurl gamma's *UR L! There are tremendous implications ... on how it is received as an uncertain rub or Reuben! That's the squeeze!

Did Chemguy's first haircut. His main concern was shaving his neck, as the hair he doesn't normally have there was getting long. That part was easy. Then he showed me how to use the clippers with the guard on, I've never used it. He did one quick strip and I thought it looked awful so didn't feel comfortable doing that all over. I tried to cut to match, maybe the clippers would have made it look better, but the amount that came off immediately was too much of a shock to me. I think I did pretty good evening it out with the little paper scissors I used. A little bit thicker of a 'line' and not quite so straight. It looks slightly undo but also looks like someone with the right skills could easily smooth it out.
2nd go around I think we could do better, he was standing/ducking. We need to get a chair (did it in the bathroom for easy cleanup) next time. Having the clear neck also makes the rest of the hair stand out better, so if that's not so long the next time I go for it, there won't be all the long loose hairs obstructing that view. The front looks good, but I barely touched that, he has a receding hairline, so there's just more sitting above that - not really a comb over. I just trimmed the few bits that were obviously too long.

A hair stylist I'm not. It looks better than when it was overgrown though. Hopefully stays to a level where my maintenance can keep it looking something similar to this and when things open up he won't need a whole new hair style, just cleaning up my work.

Haha - these new skills eh @ChemGal ? I've been cutting my husband's hair for about 40+ years now - it's very curly - think Italian 'afro' look - now much shorter, grayer, and thinning into a 'monk's cut' on top  I cut it the other day - he was overdue! And he used the clippers & scissors to tidy up my neck too!

Last night Chris Cuomo (CNN host) was sporting a fresh haircut - gave a long funny chat about his wife doing it for him - pretty good job tho!

I have always had long hair so managing short hair is totally foreign to me I've never paid attention to what goes on with others in a salon when I go and many of my haircuts have been done by hairdressers who work from home or those who would come over and cut it.

When the weather permits I do haircuts (brave people and the dog) outside. Sure saves a bunch of cleaning up!

Mrs. M did mine last night. I need it short in back due to a skin condition that needs attention from time to time. She's owned a trimmer set for years and did Little M's up until fairly recently.

I was lucky to get my last haircut just two days before they shut down all hairdressers in NS- I will still be good for a few weeks.
Chemguy wanted to get his haircut before they were shut down, but figured it was best to avoid. I often go years without a cut anyway.

Go into the back yard and cut down some trees by logic that they are old and could otherwise fall on the dwelling place! Keeps me busy as those degrading the tree of logos and logical schemes for the sake of bliss! Such is metaphorically labelled naivete ... the goal being stupidity ... if that's bliss!

Posey is like eastern Moes ... with big ayes ... Yah-Yah Gurls?

Chemguy's 2nd haircut went much better IMO. He thinks it was pointless, that I shouldn't have bothered unless I was going to take off more hair haha. It looks way better though.

One of our favourite restaurants opened up a bit before the weekend, we look forward to ordering from them this week. They are a little pricier and with all the paycuts and financial uncertainty I don't know when we will do it again, but later this week will cover our birthdays from when they were closed.

I will be isolated in the backyard today. The length of time will depend on how will my back and hips hold out. We have had many days of wetness falling from above so our flower beds resemble jungles!
