LAST as I sit here glad I'm not outside...though if I was outside I would be missing all the phone calls telling me I need to get things done ASAP but I can't get said things done due to lack of documentation

Rheumatologists will all first be well trained as internists, then specialize in the area of rheumatology - as do those who go into endocrinology, gastroenterology, or probably hepatology too. So these are extended specialties of those who are internists. How they listed with their various colleges probably varies by province. But I wouldn't say it's false representation.
Yeah, I saw a liver specialist who lists as a gastroenterologist but focuses on hepatology including transplants.

Rheumatologists are listed as such on the college website. One I have seen before as well as others are not listed as internists.

Yes, for that it's considered a subspeciality, the college here doesn't offer a search for hepatologists, but does for gastroenterologists. Not sure how the surgeons are listed, I didn't seek any out on there.

Snowing here today with snowfall warnings. It's actually quite pretty. I'm glad we didn't go to the city today. It has been nice to have some down time. I just joined a choir. We got a warning e-mail yesterday saying choir might be cancelled tonight. It might turn out to be a good night to stay home. I suspect we may not be able to go to the city tomorrow. After that, it is supposed to warm up, and be above zero. I'm liking these short winters. :)

Is a last post terminal ... or does it go on as a myth of what we know of great expanses all alone?

Alas ... is defined as a word of grief or concern ... building on the complexity of Alas Ka as a spirit of concern for those gone north ... while others go soude without a clue of spirit which was once an essence of desire that displaces the essence of mental process ... from there on I lost it in a demon IHC chuckle at the back of the church ... i's Pew'd ... that's all I can tell yah! Even thought spirit is sometime the Ka ... blackbirds may tell you about spastic motives ... for a pos flight!

Then we're off ...

Not a last thought but: did you know that in the deep past ammon was known as a healer? Thus one should know themselves or that which amounts to sol when stacked ... sometimes ammon is confused with naan ... and thus the probe into Canaan ... there the Judean powers might learn something about Phyllis' Tyres as tied in ... hooks and nooses! Bread fruit of the sol ... often taken as fruitcakes by those progressing on gut feelings alone ... alas grief is assumed as Anis ... requiring deeper analysis ... Lyces as belle' dupe!

Capriciously you could be caught in a clawed sensation ... believe that you djinns will creep ... they're on a hajji ... when you don't know you've been had by nature of the muddering thing! Thus fodder was shredded ... and stripped down by arrows in Shiva ... the death of many!

Ever see the War of Eros is? It just is autonomous sensation ... even when blinded by the headless horseman (horst semantics) that give rise to how you can hide altruism in Ares ... milche've spills as a thorny issue designated by Latin thorn (a rare letter)? It does resemble the Armenian ք!

Things we should know to unravel the things pass dover ... Hadrians Wall? Beyond celtic tongues persist as stonewalled understanding Hibernia ... that cold front! Blarney to pass the winter ...

Beware there could be something subtle for those that didn't wish to be cognates on the face of it
Dantean Masque? It may only appear dead as incarnate dreamer! How could lights hang out in Skye? Tis Eire ... the lady draws the unconscious souls! A booty ...
