So, here's a thread where I, and anyone else, can post cool little features we find. Could be new 2.1 stuff or could be something that you've been using a while and just haven't mentioned to others.

I will open with pointing out that in 2.1, there is a "Thread Title" box at the top of each forum.

If you click in it, it will actually open up the full editor so you can create the opening post for a new thread, all without having to actually touch the "Post Thread" button right above it.

Yes, I created this thread using this feature. Cool, eh? What have you found in Xenforo that's new and cool to you?

Is there a de posting button for those requiring denial regarding unclear visions ... as the authorities are so clear about what they have the power to do? We did it because we could ... and some of us because we were told we didn't know anything and didn't know any better ... so we related to what little was known ... from our point that should be networked with those of really strong points!

Thus human networking strategy that is generally disposed by oligarchy ...

But I'm told that is not wise to say and thus blossoming subtleties ...

Yep, if you don't like your own post, you can still delete it.

Is there a time limit on deleting posts, like there is for editing?

Yay - I just found the 'indent' symbol - under the list feature - I thought it had been lost. I use it when I'm pasting something copied from another source. Yay for discovery! (y)

Wow. I hadn't noticed this function. Very cool. Thank-you

I noticed that when I view a post and want to reply but am not logged on, I can't click on the post, then sign in to reply to it specifically. Am I doing something wrong?

This button should appear at the end of the thread (Just logged out and checked). Click it and it should give you the login window.

It goes to the thread but not the specific post. Whereas, before I am pretty certain there was the option of clicking "reply" even when logged out, and the log in window would pop up, and once logged in,the post you were replying to would be in the text box. It was just faster to reply to a particular post after reading it while logged out - no need to find it again.

I'll have to delve into it. To be honest, I am almost never logged out of here courtesy of the "Remember Me" checkbox and Chrome's password manager so I've never actually tried to post while logged out.

I didn't use "remember me" because I use public wifi often - so, just to be safe. I don't want to be automatically logged on to anything I might have open while I am carrying my devices around.

As long as you're using your own device and not a shared computer (e.g. one of the public use machines in a library or a hotel business centre), it should be okay. It doesn't store your password, just drops a cookie that tells WC2 you're already in.

Yes, adding pictures is much nicer. More intuitive.

I haven't noticed the side panel. I'll have to explore.

Excellent that we can see a list of all latest posts in addition to the ones we have not read.

Previously, I would log out if I wanted to see the list of all latest posts.

This is very helpful!

What's New? gets you there, in case anyone is wondering.
